YK Studio is a one-person experiment: I have a day job, and in the hours around it I run a set of AI agents — PM, implementation, legal, design, billing, growth — and keep the decisions for myself. The studio started on June 28, 2026, when I gave the first agent the role of PM. Three Android apps are live on Google Play so far. What I publish here is not a how-to guide: it is what I actually built, what actually broke, and what it actually cost.
